UK: Fareham-based Coolers and Condensers has announced the death of its long-serving technical director Paul Moseley. He was 61.
Moseley had been with Coolers and Condensers for over 40 years, having joined the company in 1985 after completing his studies at Swanmore College of Technology and the University of Portsmouth.
He started in the technical drawing office, moving up to technical manager in 1995, became the technical director of the business in 2003 and appointed to the board in 2011. He stepped down from the role in November but had continued to work for the company on a part-time consultancy basis.
Just last week he was presented with the Hampshire Refrigeration Society’s Annual Life Time Achievement Award for his outstanding commitment to the industry.
Coolers and Condensers MD Mark Knapman commented: “Paul was a valued and highly respected member of the team at Coolers and Condensers, playing a vital role as our technical director.
“His expertise, dedication, and warm personality made a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege to work with him. He will be deeply missed by all of us – not just as a colleague, but as a kind and thoughtful presence within our team.”
