Ronnie Coutts becomes Nordic Climate UK CEO

UK: Nordic Climate Group has appointed Ronnie Coutts as UK CEO, following the Swedish HVAC contractors’ acquisitions of MC Refrigeration, CSD Air Conditioning, Cactus Mechanical, Westcold Refrigeration and Aircon Maintenance.
Coutts joined Nordic Climate in November after three years as MD of property services and site security company Clearway Group. Prior to that he spent 11 years at Serco, latterly as MD.
In this new role, he will lead the establishment, expansion and development of the Nordic Climate organisations in the UK, while supporting the teams in Ireland.
In line with the company’s policy, the new UK acquisitions will continue to operate under their own brands.
“Ronnie combines strategic clarity with hands-on leadership, making him the ideal person to lead our organisations in the UK and turn ambition into results. Our model is straightforward: local companies stay local and keep their brands, while we add shared expertise and scale,” said Nordic Climate president and group CEO Fredrik Gren.
