Automated Logic buys controls contractor

AUSTRALIA: Automated Logic, the US-based building management solutions subsidiary of Carrier Global Corporation, has acquired Logical Building Group Pty Ltd, an independent controls contractor operating in New South Wales.
Trading as Logical Building Automation, the company was established in 2002 and is based in Kogarah. It offers intelligent building management and control systems, asset monitoring, high level system integration and BMCS maintenance services.
“This acquisition is aligned with our growth strategy and complements the strengths of our products and services with Logical Building Automations’ strong, local presence and expertise in building management system services to deliver complete building automation solutions to customers,” said Carrier Australia MD Karl Mahoney.
Based in Kennesaw, Georgia, Automated Logic was acquired by Carrier in 2004.
