Beijer Ref sales up 25% in Q4

SWEDEN: Refrigeration wholesaler Beijer Ref achieved sales of SEK4,271m (€409m) in Q4 of 2021, up 25.3% compared to the same period in 2021.
Organic growth was 11.6% with the inclusion of recent acquisitions of Inventor AG, Airstream and Clima Solutions. Operating profit was SEK326m (€31.2m), an increase of 27.4% compared with the previous year.
Beijer Ref CEO Christopher Norbye described 2021 as a successful year “despite major disruptions in the supply chain” and a number of lockdowns in the company’s markets.
“It is particularly gratifying that all product areas show organic growth during the year. Overall, the company had a good end to 2021 and we are entering 2022 with a strong order book,” Norbye added.
