Bitzer shuffles top managers

Rob de Bruyn BitzerGERMANY: Rob de Bruyn is the new md of Bitzer subsidiaries in Asia, Indonesia and Malaysia, replacing Gianni Parlanti who has been appointed director of business development at Bitzer’s Sindelfingen hq.

Rob de Bruyn takes over from Gianni Parlanti as md of Bitzer Refrigeration Asia, Bitzer Compressors Indonesia and Bitzer Malaysia. From there, Bitzer looks after numerous customers in Sri Lanka, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and Myanmar. He will also continue to be responsible for India and Bangladesh.

De Bruyn has been working for Bitzer for more than 20 years. He has previously been md of Bitzer Compressors Indonesia and more recently md of Bitzer India.

Gianni Parlanti will occupy the newly created position of director of business development at the Bitzer headquarters in Sindelfingen. He’s been working for Bitzer in Asia for eight years.
