Camfil buys Italian filter company FCR

SWEDEN/ITALY: Stockholm-based filter manufacturer Camfil has acquired Italian air filtration and diffuser manufacturer FCR.

Camfil says the acquisition will expand its presence in Italy, where FCR has built a strong reputation for technical know‑how, product innovation, and responsive customer service. 

Established in 1976, and based in Cinisello Balsamo, FCR has expertise in filtration design and manufacturing, delivering solutions that meet strict performance standards.

The Camfil Group has 30 manufacturing sites, six R&D centres, local sales offices in over 35 countries, and has 5,600 employees.
