Carel’s 2025 revenues reach €629m

ITALY: Carel, the HVACR controls manufacturer, has reported consolidated revenues in 2025 of €629m, an increase of 8.7% compared to 2024.
EBITDA amounted to €124.1m, corresponding to 19.7% of revenues, up 18.3% compared to the previous year. Consolidated net income stood at €73.6m, an increase of 17.6%.
In addition, for the first time since its listing in 2018, as of 31 December 2025 the Group reported a positive net cash position of €18.4m (compared with consolidated net debt of €50.2m recorded on the same date in 2024.
“For the third consecutive quarter, Carel confirms a trend of double-digit organic revenue growth, with a 17% increase that brings the overall performance of the year to more than +10% on an annual basis,” commented CEO Francesco Nalini.
