François Audo joins Enex as CEO

ITALY: François Audo Audo has been appointed CEO of Enex Technologies, the Treviso-based manufacturer of cooling, heating, ventilation and refrigeration equipment.

With more than 30 years of executive experience, Audo joins Enex from  Carrier where he spent five years as vice president and MD of Carrier residential light commercial Europe and Italian HVAC company Riello. Prior to that, he spent two years as MD at Carrier HVAC France. His experience also includes executive roles at Xylem Inc and ITT.

Greg Deldicque, Enex Technologies’ founder and chairman, who had previously been acting as CEO, said of François Audo: “With his proven track record of achieving business objectives through customer satisfaction, process improvement, and talent development, he will drive growth, innovation, and transformation. François’ leadership will allow Enex to continue on its path of success,” he added

Founded in 2004 as a pioneer in CO2 refrigeration, Enex was acquired by CCC Holdings Europe (CCCHE) in 2020. CCCHE was founded in 2018 by Deldicque and a number of former Carrier personnel. Since then, the company has made a number of further acquisitions which now fall under the wing of Enex Technologies to offer a full range of “natural” refrigerant solutions.

To support its growth, Enex Technologies recently invested over €8m in a new 7,500m2 headquarters and factory in Treviso, Italy, and is currently making a €6m investment in a new research lab, which will be the only one in Europe specialised in HVACR equipment working with all four “natural” refrigerants.
