Hauser opens new site in Linz

AUSTRIA: Cooling equipment and refrigeration technology specialist Hauser is investing around €2.7m at its new site in Linz to support further growth and expand its capacity.
The newly-built branch in the Dornach district of Linz, comprises modern office facilities, a warehouse, a drive-in service area and additional apprentice training workshops.
The new site provides a total of 68 jobs across approximately 1,700m2 for the specialist departments responsible for service, installation, sales and scheduling for Austria. The site also includes a new apprentice training workshop with a dedicated 140m2 tool-testing area. It features a modern training room equipped with cameras for hybrid training sessions, allowing apprentices from other sites to participate as well. In addition, practical training systems and control panels for refrigeration and electrical engineering provide ideal conditions for hands-on training.
A particular feature of the new site is its 360m2 drive-in service area. It allows installation and service vehicles to be loaded and unloaded while being protected from wet and cold conditions.
Hauser’s international business will continue to be managed, among other locations, from Hauser’s site in the Urfahr district of the city.
