Lu-Ve renames Zyklus to form Lu-Ve US Inc

USA: Heat exchanger product manufacturer Lu-Ve Group has established Lu-Ve US Inc after renaming the Zyklus Heat Transfer Inc business it acquired in 2018.

Lu-Ve US maintains its headquarters in Jacksonville, Cherokee County, Texas, where it produces heat exchangers for the commercial refrigeration, refrigerated transport, and air conditioning sectors.

Plans are in place to strengthen the Group’s positioning in the North and Central American markets. This incudes the expansion of the factory for the installation of new lines for the production of ventilated products (condensers, gas coolers and dry coolers), which is already underway.

Lu-Ve Group CEO Matteo Liberali described the creation of Lu-Ve US as a further step in the group’s internationalisation strategy. “We want to strengthen our position in the USA, which is the world’s leading market for refrigeration and air conditioning. Our ‘glocal’ growth strategy has led us over the years to invest internationally to serve different local markets,” he said.

Liberali added that Lu-Ve expected to see a rapid development of the US market for exchangers with “European” technology in the coming years, with more attention to environmental impacts and energy consumption.
