Specialised York partner programme

EUROPE: Johnson Controls is launching a specialised contractor partner programme for its York brand chillers, heat pumps and fan coils.
The York Specialised HVAC Contractor Programme (YSC), which is currently being rolled out across Europe, will offer contractors the opportunity to grow their business by providing easy access to York products, as well as offering training, sales and marketing support and service back-up.
Roberto de Paco Egido, indirect HVAC branch manager Europe at York, said that the scheme would enable contractors to “differentiate themselves in the marketplace, save money and grow their business”. He also said that YSC contractors would have access to a wide range of chillers, heat pumps, fan coils and installation accessories such as controls and valves, “with no lead time and with the ultimate support and service back-up”.
The programme promises priority access to a dedicated technical support help desk; a comprehensive training, installation and commissioning assistance programme; “special” warranty conditions; access to marketing materials; selection and simulation tools; business rewards; a virtual branch allowing contractors to preselect, quote and order York products online.
