Syclef expands into Spain

FRANCE/SPAIN: French industrial and commercial refrigeration contractor Syclef has acquired the Spanish refrigeration and air conditioning companies Enfrío and Iparfrío.
These are the company’s first deals outside of France, where it now has 38 operating companies, and has led to the establishment of Syclef Iberia.
The Enfrío Group, which specialises in industrial refrigeration, commercial refrigeration, air conditioning and insulated partitions, operates seven branches located in the regions of Valencia (Valencia, Castellon and Alicante), Murcia (Murcia) and Andalusia (Malaga, Seville and Granada), The company has over 100 employees.
Founded in 2003, Iparfrío has its headquarters in Guipúzcoa, San Sebastián, and branches in the regions of Vizcaya, La Rioja, Navarra and Madrid. It employs around 140 people.
