Update on Ecodesign of fans guide

BELGIUM: A second edition of the guide addressing questions on the interpretation of Ecodesign requirements for fans as set out in EU regulation 2024/1834 is now available.

Experts from Eurovent, the Air Movement and Control Association (AMCA Europe) and the European Ventilation Industry Association (EVIA) have followed up their FAQ guide, published in September last year, to cover the latest 2025/2481 amendment.

In addition to addressing several general issues, the new FAQs included in the second edition cover aspects related to product information requirements, information requirements at partial load, resource efficiency requirements concerning spare parts, and product information requirements for spare part fans.

The document can be downloaded free of charge on the Eurovent website.
