Step forward in smart room control

GERMANY: The ISYteq 3060, a new smart room control from FläktGroup, is designed to transform how buildings manage comfort, air quality, and energy performance.

Engineered for chilled beams, VAV dampers, radiators, and smart sensors, the ISYteq 3060 is said to set a new benchmark in intuitive control, rapid commissioning, and future-ready building integration.

The ISYteq 3060 features two‑way Modbus communication, and onboard BACnet and Modbus, enabling seamless integration with central controllers such as FläktEdge or any compatible BMS-wired.

HVAC Installers are guided by clear pictograms, RJ45 connectors for fast cabling, and Bluetooth-enabled setup via the ISYteqGO app, reducing installation and commissioning time to under 20 minutes, depending on experience.

Thanks to integrated Bluetooth connectivity, installers and end users can commission, adjust, and monitor their systems directly from the ISYteqGO app.

According to FläktGroup, the ISYteq 3060 is purpose-built for demand control ventilation and can reduce energy consumption by up to 80%.

The controller uses real-time data from CO2 sensors, presence detectors, and temperature sensors to switch intelligently between occupied and unoccupied modes.

A built-in scheduling functionality further optimises system operation according to daily usage patterns.

Advanced algorithms enable predictive dew point calculation, allowing the controller to instruct central systems to adjust room water temperatures proactively

With support for multiple internal and external temperature sensors, the ISYteq 3060 automatically balances room conditions based on calculated averages for enhanced comfort and accuracy.

Each ISYteq 3060 can be configured as either a client or server, making modifications during refurbishment or room reconfiguration fast and cost-efficient. Users can also choose between two HMI options: Touch 2.1, with frame-matching flexibility for interior design or LCD FSE 60, a compact alternative with built‑in sensing.
