Williams’ Jade just got greener

UK: Williams claims to have launched its greenest Jade upright cabinets yet with reduced energy consumption.

The new Jade model, Williams’ s top-of-the-range unit, also features the company’s latest CoolSmart controller.

Two models within the Jade cabinet range have been updated, the single door HJ1, with a capacity of 620l, and the two door HJ2, which offers 1295l internal capacity.  They are designed to accept 2/1GN shelves and trays.

Both the refrigerated and freezer models have decreased energy consumption, offering caterers significant energy savings. For example, the single door HJ1 has an energy grade of A.

The Jade cabinets use a new version of Williams’ CoolSmart controller to ensure tight temperature control and ensures the refrigeration system only turns on when it’s required. The touch screen features a clear white digital display and is IP55 rated.

Jade cabinets use propane refrigerant and are tested to Climate Class 5 and can handle ambient temperatures up to 43°C.
