HPA UK announces Heat Pump Week 2026
8th May 2026
UK: The Heat Pump Association UK (HPA UK) has announced a National Heat Pump Week this October with the intention to accelerate the transition to heat pumps.
Launched in association with the Nineteen Group, organiser of InstallerShow, National Heat Pump Week will run from 12-16 October.
HPA UK says that the week will be a pivotal moment for all those in the heat pump sector to share knowledge, insights and expertise. It promises a series of webinars, articles, interviews, competitions and market insights from key industry figures.
Commenting on the launch of the week, Olivia Smalley, HPA UK’s head of policy and communications, said: “National Heat Pump Week is set to be a great opportunity for the sector to unite to celebrate how far it’s come to date and how much further we can go. The week will provide a dedicated moment to share technical insights, policy developments and key learnings as we transition to heat pumps.”

A similar, but unconnected, event was previously held in 2024 (Sept 23–29) and 2025 (Sept 29–Oct 5) organised by Green TV Media, which went into administration in October 2025.
Since 2024, Europe has observed a Heat Pump Day on October 21. Organised by the European Heat Pump Association (EHPA), this event was established to raise awareness of heat pump technology and its role in achieving 2030 and 2050 climate targets.
