UK: The Building & Engineering Services Association has appointed Tim Acland to the new post of head of regional management.

Mr Acland joined the Association, then known as the HVCA, in 2002 as regional manager for London and the South East – a position he will retain in addition to his new national responsibilities.

Tim Acland has been employed in the building engineering services sector for some 40 years, having previously worked for, among other organisations, Alpha Boilers, United House and Harp Heating.

The Association is also in the process of recruiting two new regional managers to cover South West London and Wessex, and the West and South West of England.
