BESA appoints new membership manager

UK: The Building Engineering Services Association (BESA) has appointed Amanda Ings as membership services manager, following the retirement of Val O’Reilly after 39 years’ service.
Amanda Ings joined the association in 2006 as membership subscriptions administrator. Since 2014, she has been schemes’ manager for BESA subsidiary Building Engineering Services Competence Assessment Ltd (BESCA), overseeing the company’s competent persons and energy assessor schemes.
