Bitzer UK tackles junior football sponsorship

UK: Following a tradition of sponsorship of youth football, Bitzer UK is sponsoring the under-15 youth team of Newport Pagnell Town FC, the compressor manufacturer’s local club.
Newport Pagnell Town plays in the United Counties League Premier Division South, level 9 (step 5) of the English National League System. The club operates around 30 youth teams. The U15 side are known as the Jaguars. After successes in the local Milton Keynes District League, the Jaguars have now joined the stronger Midlands Junior Premier league.
Bitzer UK’s parent company has a history of supporting youth football in Germany, sponsoring a major annual international youth football tournament playing for the Bitzer Cup.
“As a dynamic local team the Jaguars are a good match for us – and coincidentally play in green. The players had outgrown their kit, and we were delighted to sponsor them and provide new gear for the season,” explained Sam Buckell, PA to Bitzer UK’s managing director.
