Ayjay Group, based in Caerphilly, has been trading for 20 years and is seen as a leading electrical services company working throughout the UK.

Ayjay’s directors Andrew Hall, Jason Beament and Simon Beament, see the acquisition as part of the group’s plans for expansion.

“This acquisition will have a positive effect on the continuity of both businesses,” said Jason Beament. “Current customers will continue to seamlessly enjoy existing services, with no change to the present team or company name.”
