CIBSE win for Airedale chiller

Airedale_TurboChill_4_and_14_fanUK: Airedale has clocked up another award for its TurboChill chiller, this time at the CIBSE Building Performance Awards.

The win on Tuesday night at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel follows on from three earlier commendations received in a number of other important industry awards, providing further recognition of the TurboChill’s significant energy saving credentials and low global warming impact.

Employing the low GWP refrigerant R1234ze, the TurboChill is said to deliver an industry-leading energy efficient cooling solution with capacity to deliver up to twice as much free-cooling as equivalent thermosiphon products.

Commenting on this latest award, Airedale md Clive Parkman said: “The CIBSE Building Performance Awards are one of the industry’s flagship occasions. Needless to say we are extremely proud to receive further independent recognition of our innovation and leadership.”
