Daikin launches Bluevolution R32 in UK

Daikin-BluevolutionUK: Daikin has officially announced the launch of its new Bluevolution air conditioning range, using R32 refrigerant.

Following the initial launch of the Bluevolution range in the Czech Republic, it has now been expanded to include the Daikin Emura and SkyAir products and rolled out across Europe. Said to offer unrivalled comfort and control, the R32 range now also includes the Seasonal Smart high COP Roundflow cassette and new iTab controller.

Encompassing Daikin Split and Sky Air systems, the R32 Bluevolution range is said to offer a future-proof, affordable, air conditioning solution thanks to the use of the lower GWP refrigerant.

The new range is said to provide the highest SEER and SCOP ratings, offering improved energy efficiency and reduced environmental impact.

“We’re extremely excited to be launching the first commercial R32 range within the UK market,” said Martin Passingham, product manager for DX at Daikin UK. “As the F-gas phase out continues, it is important that installers and customers make the move to lower GWP refrigerant-based systems.

“With very little difference to the R410A installation process, installation with R32 gas is simple and straightforward, and provides only benefits for the end user.”
