Flynn appointed Roller supplier

Roller-EurolineSUK: Marine and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning specialist Flynn Refrigeration has been appointed as a supplier for German manufacturer Walter Roller.

As part of the deal, the Birkenhead business will act as a worldwide distributor for Roller’s marine and offshore products – which are typically fitted inside cold rooms onboard vessels.

The addition of Roller’s fan coil units, air coolers and heat exchangers will further boost Flynn’s product range and follows the company’s appointment last month as a supplier of Gamko drinks coolers.

“This partnership boosts the quality and diversity of our extensive portfolio of products, which already includes thousands of new and re-conditioned components,” commented managing director Alex Flynn.

“Flynn already has successful partnerships with a number of industry-leading manufacturers, including Bitzer, Danfoss, Copeland, Grasso and Gram. The addition of Roller to that list further reinforces Flynn as a leading supplier of refrigeration and air-conditioning products. It is also an endorsement of our global reach and ability to penetrate the global maritime market. Exports now account for two thirds of all our sales and continue to rise.”

Flynn Refrigeration offers the complete supply package for all aspects of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. The £2.6m turnover firm’s temperature-control products are used in a variety of areas including food stores, accommodation and engine rooms.
