Frascold’s Howard Davis to retire

Howard-Davis
Howard Davis: “Time for new blood to take up the reins”

UK: Howard Davis, UK and RoI sales manager for Italian compressor manufacturer Frascold, has announced his retirement.

With a career spanning 53 years in the refrigeration and water products industries behind him, Davis is to retire at the end of September.

He was managing director of water storage systems manufacturer Braithwaite Engineers before joining pump manufacturer Wilo as UK md in 1996. His move into the refrigeration industry came in January 2002, when he was appointed managing director of Bitzer UK.

He has represented Frascold for the last six years, building the company’s reputation in the British market, supporting Frascold customers and developing new business for the company.

Announcing his retirement, Howard Davis said: “The time has come for new blood to pick up the reins. I shall not lose touch with the industry though I will miss the day to day contact but no doubt will pop up at some event or other.”

In the interim period Frascold’s business development manager Vincenzo Isgrò will be responsible for the UK and ROI and Milena Vergottini will continue as back office support.
