FSW golf raises over £1,000

FSW Golf Day individual winner Richard Dawson

UK: The recent FSW Golf Day at Carden Park, Cheshire, raised over £1,000 for the Honeypot Children’s Charity.

The day attracted 52 players spread over 13 teams, competing over 18 holes on the Jack Nicklaus designed championship course at the Carden Park Hotel & Spa.

The day culminated in a 3-course dinner followed by awards to individual, team and FSW staff.

The winning team was made up of Lee Jackson of Lee Jackson Air Conditioning, Rob Tolley of FSW Cannock, and Nigel Smith and John Lewis of Brookair Danfab. The individual winner was Richard Dawson of Hull-based Airkool. The FSW Staff & Sponsor Trophy went to Rob Tolley.

The FSW Golf Day became an annual event after the success of the golf day held to celebrate the company’s 50th anniversary in 2015.

Donations from customers, FSW staff and sponsors helped this year’s event raise £1050.00 for the Honeypot Children’s Charity, which works to enhance the lives of young carers and vulnerable children aged 5-12 years old.
