Golf sponsorship drives awareness

UK: Mitsubishi Electric is again sponsoring the BMW PGA Championship, Europe’s flagship golfing tournament, currently underway at the Wentworth Club in Surrey.
As the official cooling and heating partner of the event, Mitsubishi Electric Europe and its customers have been enjoying the fantastic weather the tournament has brought. Key customers also took part in the pro-am competition, held on the eve of the tournament on Wednesday.
“The partnership with the BMW PGA Championship gives us a fantastic opportunity to showcase our brand to a huge audience, both at the course and watching on television,” explained Mitsubishi Electric Living Environmental Systems commercial director, Donald Daw.
