Interserve FM deal includes ac replacement

UK: Interserve has secured a £6m facilities services account, which includes a major replacement programme for CHP and air conditioning units for furniture and flooring shop ScS.
The UK-wide account, which runs for an initial period of three years, covers waste services, planned and reactive mechanical and engineering and fabric maintenance for ScS’ head office in Sunderland as well as its nine warehouses and 100 retail outlets across the UK from Plymouth to Aberdeen.
In addition to providing maintenance for ScS’ gas-fired combined heat and power, electrical and air conditioning systems, the new partnership includes a major replacement programme for the CHP and air conditioning units in ScS’ stores.
