IoR holds womens’ workshop

UK: The IOR and Women in RACHP Network is holding a career development training session aimed at women working in RACHP.

Coinciding with Women in Engineering Day on June 23, the event is being hosted by training company Cool Concerns at its premises in Twyning, near Tewkesbury.

The practical workshop run by Cool Concerns owner and former IoR president Jane Gartshore will give participants a chance to acquire hands-on experience using the latest alternative refrigerants.

An interactive session on career development with Carol Bond, a director of environmental consultancy Carbon Data Resources, will focus on personal development, power in the workplace and career planning.

The course fee is £75.00 and includes refreshments, lunch, CPD certificate and goodie bag.
