Jeremy Manktelow RIP

Jeremy-ManktelowUK: The industry is shocked to learn of the death on Monday of Jeremy Manktelow, distribution sales manager at GEA Searle.

Jeremy joined Searle in 2011, initially as a UK sales manager before taking responsibility for distribution and wholesale accounts along with a number of key contractors.

Prior to that he had been with Hawco for nearly 20 years, latterly as oem sales manager.

In a statement, GEA Searle said: “Jeremy has been such an influential member of the Searle family and will be missed by all his colleagues and customers who all felt the warm friendship he offered.

“Jeremy had an enthusiasm and professionalism which were infectious to all he met. We have never met an individual who couldn’t remember a meeting with Jeremy, and nobody had anything but praise for him.

“Our thoughts are with his wife Polly and their family at this time.”
