Dugie McKerrow: driving ac sales

UK: Wholesaler HRP has appointed Dugie McKerrow to director of air conditioning brands to help increase support to the market and drive sales in new areas.

Dugie will liaise with HRP’s two principal manufacturers, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Samsung, to drive increased specification of the brands.  He will also lead HRP’s product support team providing advice, technical support and training to installers, consultants and end users.

“With these two strong product lines we have an excellent opportunity to meet the growing needs of the market and increase the network of installers that we serve,” says Mandy Pilgrim, HRP Group Managing Director. “We have an attractive package of products, training and support which we expect to appeal to a wider range of contractors.”

Dugie McKerrow joined HRP with the acquisition of 3D Air Sales in 2004 following an extensive career the building services and air conditioning industry where he has held key positions in contracting, manufacturing and product distribution businesses.

He brings 35 years of industry experience and a comprehensive knowledge of the air conditioning market in the UK to this new role in the HRP Group.
