Panasonic extends loyalty scheme

UK: The popularity of Panasonic’s summer rewards scheme on Panasonic PACi units has prompted the air conditioning manufacturer to expand the scheme to all its HVAC products.

The new Panasonic Premier Reward points will be available on all purchases of Panasonic heating and cooling products purchased through one of its authorised UK distributors. For every £1 spent on qualifying products, the purchaser will be allocated one Panasonic Premier Reward point, and on a monthly basis these reward points will be converted into Love2Shop Rewards.

Love2Shop rewards can be redeemed at many online shopping outlets and are said to be accepted in over 20,000 stores, restaurants and attractions, with over 150 top brands to choose from such as Argos, Debenhams, HMV, Iceland, New Look, River Island, TK Maxx, Matalan, Mothercare, Superdrug, Halfords and many more.

Recognising that loyalty schemes are well-established as a popular means for businesses to engage with their customers, Tony Nielsen, pre-sales manager at Panasonic said: “We are delighted to support our distributors in this way and now offer a wider scheme, as rewards can be generated from sales of all our heating and cooling products.”
