Refrigeration updates and bacon butties

UK: The Hampshire Refrigeration Society is hosting another of its popular breakfast meetings in October.

The event at The Concorde ClubStoneham Lane, Eastleigh SO50 9HQ, on October 5 will include three presentations from recognised experts in their field.

Against a background of rising prices, shortages and a move to lower GWP gases, Peter Dinnage of IDS ClimaLife will provide a “Where Are We Now?” update on the refrigerants market.

An overview of Testo’s new smart probe technology and how it helps the modern refrigeration engineer, will be presented by Robin Green of FSW.

Finally, Bradley Bray of Totalcare Hygiene Services will look at the problems associated with contamination in commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems, the types of contamination and the correct resolutions.

The event will begin at 08:30 with bacon butties, tea and coffee, for a 09.00 start to presentations, and finishing around 12:30.
