Saunders is Sure Chill CEO

UK: Nigel Saunders has been appointed CEO of The Sure Chill Company, after working for the Cardiff based technology firm in a senior role for five years.

Sure Chill has a patented cooling technology that does not require a constant electricity supply and can be used to time-shift energy usage. It is said to be able to provide cooling for over 10 days or more without power in hot ambient conditions.

Delighted to now be leading the company, Nigel Saunders said: “Sure Chill will continue to focus on tomorrow’s world, growing market share in global health and innovating to enter new market sectors. Today, our technology is used in 38 countries, yet we’ve only scratched the surface for its potential.”

Sure Chill has also welcomed a new board member, Stuart Lindsay, as an independent director. Stuart is a chartered accountant and former corporate finance partner at international accountancy firm, Deloitte.
