Team Fujitsu rides for charity

Team Fujitsu’s intrepid cyclists (l to r): Paul Wombwell, Michael Flint, James Grant, Stuart Eagleton, James Richardson, Rahul Ramanuj and Martyn Ives

UK: A team from Fujitsu’s UK air conditioning office are aiming to raise £5,000  for charity in a 60-mile cycle ride from London to Cambridge.

The event on July 2 starts from Pickett’s Lock in north London and finishes at Midsummer Common in the heart of Cambridge.

National account manager Stuart Eagleton said: “So many of us in the office are always talking about wanting to get fit, or being more active. We often talk about organising a game of squash after work or joining the gym over the road from the office, but it never happens. So as a company we decided to commit to an event that is not just good for our fitness, but is more importantly going to help support some truly good charities.”

Team Fujitsu is raising money for CAH (Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia) Group, the Brain Tumour Charity, and NeST (Nephrotic Syndrome Trust) in the London to Cambridge bike event.

Sponsorship is invited at Team Fujitsu’s JustGiving Crowdfunding page.
