Triathlon team raises over £1,000

UK: A three-man team from the UK acr industry has raised over £1,000 for charity after competing in the AJ Bell London Triathlon at Excel in August.

The AJ Bell London Triathlon is the world’s largest triathlon attracting over 13,000 participants for the 1.5km swim, 40km bike ride and 10k run.

The team, comprising Terry White of hvacr recruitment consultants Ashbury Associates, Ray Gear of catering equipment supplier and installer Court Catering and air conditioning sales consultant David Ede, completed the event in a creditable 3hr 3min.

As a result of their endeavours, £550 has been raised for the Alzheimer’s Society and £550 for Ellenor, the end of life care foundation.
