Trio contest customer service award

UK: Following Disa Shearer’s ACR News Customer Service Award success last year, it’s women who again dominate this year’s competition.

Celia Dickinson, Toshiba Air Conditioning UK’s long-serving operations support manager and Laurence Zeyen, customer communicator at Emerson Climate Technologies in Belgium are up against Nick Beal, area sales manager at Coolair Equipment for this year’s award.

As with the inaugural event last year, this year’s finalists were decided by an online reader vote. The outright winner will be revealed at the ACR News Awards, being held at The Brewery in London on February 26.
