DeLclima to concentrate on acr interests

ITALY: DeLclima is to sell its radiator business to concentrate on its air conditioning and refrigeration interests.

The Treviso-based group, which includes chiller manufacturer Climaveneta and precision air conditioning and process refrigeration company RC Group, has announced that it is seeking a buyer for its DL Radiator business.

DL Radiators was established in 1985 but is now not seen as part of its core business.

“The Radiators business has no synergies nor structures in common with the ICC&R [Indoor Climate Control andRefrigeration] business,” the company says in a statement. “DeLclima management, resources and investments will be exclusively dedicated to the core ICC&R business and its growth,” it adds.

DeLclima has been listed on the Milan Stock Exchange since 2012 and was previously the Professional Division of the De’Longhi group. It was originally established as the RC Group in 1963, adding Climaveneta in 1971.
