Eurovent defines process chiller standard tests

BELGIUM: Eurovent has published a new recommendation interpreting and defining the European standard for process chillers EN14825:2022.
Recommendation 18/3 is designed to provide clarity to the market about the correct interpretation of EN 14825 regarding the tolerances to consider when performing tests on process chillers.
Mariano Covolo, chairman of Eurovent’s Liquid Chilling Packages and Heat Pumps product group explained that the recommendation was prompted by questions regarding the tolerances at partial load for those performing tests on process chillers.
