Football legend leads Viessmann’s heat pump campaign

Thomas Müller heads Viessmann’s heat pump campaign

GERMANY: Legendary FC Bayern Munich and German international footballer Thomas Müller is featured in the latest heat pump campaign with Viessmann Climate Solutions.

A climate partner of Bundesliga team FC Bayern Munich since 2021, Viessmann Climate Solutions is using Müller as an ambassador to create a strong brand commitment.

The latest project in this partnership is a heat pump campaign video with Thomas Müller presenting the pioneering climate solution with a mixture of action, humour and fantasy.

Describing Müller as the ideal ambassador, Ivo Hoevel, Viessmann Climate Solutions’ vice president of marketing, brand and communications said: “His positive manner, coupled with his unpredictability and authenticity, were key elements for us when developing the campaign concept. His energy, his sense of humour and his spontaneity give the clip a unique touch with a convincing effect.”

The video clip can be seen on FC Bayern’s social media channels, by Thomas Müller himself and by Viessmann Climate Solutions. There are also seven eye-catching images and a specially designed landing page including a raffle – also “created” by Thomas Müller, of course.

Some parts of the film, including the anime effects and the grand finale, were realized with the help of artificial intelligence – including a Japanese voice-over part.
