Lindbergh acquires Italian contractors

ITALY: Lindbergh SpA, a group active in Italy and France in the maintenance, repair and operations sector, is to acquire the Italian contractors ITR Srl and Eco Manutenzioni Impianti Srl.

The deal, signed through Lindbergh’s subsidiary SMIT Srl, is valued at €2.6m.

ITR has been active since 1999 in the field of repair, maintenance and assistance of heating and air conditioning systems. It has a 45% stake in Eco Manutenzioni Impianti, which has been carrying out installation, maintenance and repair of HVACR systems since 2013. Both companies are based in Ciampino, near Rome.

The two companies achieved a total turnover of €3.1m last year and an EBITDA of approximately €560,000.

Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Cremona, south east of Milan, Lindbergh has eight operational units in Italy and one in Paris.
