MHI to launch 40hp CO2 condensing unit

JAPAN: Responding to increasing demands for large-capacity CO2 condensing units in food refrigeration applications, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Thermal Systems is to introduce a 40hp condensing unit.

The new HCCV4001M unit will be introduced in Japan in summer 2020. There is no indication yet when it will be introduced elsewhere.

The 40hp unit will complement MHI’s previously launched 10hp and 20HP models. It comprises two 20hp units and a unit containing a receiver, etc. The equipment can also be installed separately to allow flexibility of installation.
