NCG acquires Dutch firm Coolserve

NETHERLANDS: The Swedish Nordic Climate Group (NCG) has further expanded its presence in the Netherlands with the acquisition of installation and service company Coolserve.

Based in Haaksbergen and Heerenveen, Coolserve strengthens NCG’s presence in the north and eastern regions of the Netherlands.

Established in 2004, Coolserve has around 35 employees and has experienced strong growth of approximately 20% annually since 2021. It currently generates annual revenues of approximately €7.5m.

The company primarily operates as a subcontractor to larger installation firms and serves customers in office environments, industry, commercial properties, and semi-public sectors.

The current owners, Richard Wielinga and Remco Kruizenga, will remain with the company and continue to lead its development.
