Systemair CEO Roland Kasper to step down
3rd April 2025
SWEDEN: Roland Kasper is set to leave Systemair after ten years as president and CEO of the Swedish ventilation equipment manufacturer.
Kasper’s departure is said to have been mutually agreed with the Systemair AB board.
The recruiting process for his successor has begun and Roland will remain in his role until his replacement is appointed.
Systemair has doubled turnover and improved the profitability during Kasper’s tenure. This has been achieved by organic growth in combination with acquisitions.
Acknowledging his achievements, Systemair chairman Gerald Engström said that Kasper had also strengthened the organisation and implemented several restructurings.
“Systemair is well equipped for the future with a strong global organisation and low debt. Future focus will be to continue our growth journey with increased profitability, and it is now the right time for a new CEO to develop Systemair forward,” Engström added.
Roland Kasper joined Systemair in 2007 as product area director after four years as product manager for air handling units at Fläkt Woods. Prior to that he spent three years as a sales manager at ABB Ventilation Products.
