Atlas Copco upgrades industrial chillers

UK: Atlas Copco has launched an upgrade of its TCX series of industrial chillers to provide an expanded capacity range using R32 refrigerant.
The new TCX13-110AG chillers offer cooling capacities from 13kW to 115kW for industries requiring precise temperature control.
The range incorporates scroll compressors and brazed plate heat exchangers, with optional EC brushless fans and advanced electronic expansion valves. Additionally, microchannel condensers improve thermal efficiency while requiring a significantly lower refrigerant charge.
Designed with durability in mind, the TCX chillers use corrosion-resistant materials and offer various configurations tailored to diverse industrial applications.
Integrated Smartlink connectivity facilitates remote monitoring, predictive maintenance and detailed operational analytics.
Of compact design, the TCX chillers are said to ensure straightforward installation, making them suitable for new projects as well as retrofits. This flexibility provides businesses with a means to upgrade or expand their cooling capabilities without extensive structural modifications.
