Bitzer ACP now in single-compressor design

UK: Bitzer has expanded its portfolio of ammonia compressor packs to include a single-compressor system with an OS.A95 screw compressor.

Specifically developed for the demanding requirements of industrial refrigeration, the new ACP single-compressor design offers versatile application possibilities. For example, it can be operated as a swing machine to support a variety of compound systems and be used to expand the capacity of existing systems, thus providing end users with a cost-effective, future-proof solution for a whole host of application ranges.

The Bitzer ACP comprises either two or three OS.A85 or one, two or three OS.A95 screw compressors. These are paired with suitably sized motors and mounted alongside Bitzer’s three-stage OAHC horizontal oil separator and a matching oil cooler in a robust frame. The entire unit is delivered electrically prewired and configured to suit the application.
