Epta ponders stock market listing

ITALY: Global commercial refrigeration group Epta could list on the Milan Stock Exchange before August, according to reports by Reuters.

Sources told Reuters that Epta, which has its headquarters in Milan, was aiming for an enterprise value of €1.8bn.

In March, the company celebrated becoming a “one billion company” after reporting a 29.6% sales rise to €1,197m in 2021.

Established in the 1950s, the Group has a presence in 80 countries with six brands – Costan, BonnetNévé, Eurocryor, Misa, Iarp and KysorWarren – and almost 6000 employees. It is currently owned by the Nocivelli and Triglio Godino families and headed by president and CEO Marco Nocivelli.
