Nordic Climate expands Dutch interests

NETHERLANDS: Nordic Climate Group has acquired Ten Have Installatie BV, an Amsterdam-based company offering design, installation, and maintenance of air conditioning, heat pump, air handling, and heating systems.
Founded in 2002, Ten Have is said to have built a strong position in the commercial segment and serves customers in industries such as automotive, retail and real estate.
Following this latest acquisition, the Swedish contractor group now has 14 companies operations in the Netherlands with a combined annual revenues of approximately €100m.
“Ten Have is a well-run company with solid technical capabilities and a strong position in its market. It complements our existing operations in the Netherlands and adds further expertise to the organisation,” said Erik Snijder, CEO of Nordic Climate Group Netherlands.
“The company will continue to operate as it does today, with local leadership and close customer relationships, while benefiting from being part of a larger group,” he added.
