Clivet adds R290 monobloc light commercial heat pump

ITALY: Clivet has expanded its Edge Pro series with the new Edge Pro L, a monobloc air-to-water heat pump designed for centralised residential and light commercial applications.
At the heart of the new Edge Pro L is the scroll compressor with EVI technology providing a SCOP that can reach 4.95 at 35°C and 3.84 at 55°C.
The new 25kW and 30kW sizes maintain the Clivet’s ALTODesign, which has already won the iF Design Award and the Red Dot Design Award 2025.
Edge Pro L uses R290 and has been designed to adapt easily to different contexts. Its modularity allows up to six units to be connected hydraulically in parallel, reaching a total power capacity up to 180kW, while maintaining a small footprint.
According to Clivet, the unit operates in a wide range of outdoor temperatures, from -25°C to +43°C, and can produce hot water up to 85°C, and guarantees nominal heat output down to -10°C.
The Edge Pro L is compatible with Clint’s Control4 NRG and allows all functions to be controlled via the Clivet Eye app.
