Extra large ice maker

Hubbard Ice Systems, UK distributor of Scotsman ice machines, has launched super-supercuber machines which produce extra large cubes weighing 60g.
The MC46 and the MC1210 are modular machines that are designed to sit on top of separate ice storage bins. The MC46 is capable of producing up to 300kg of ice per day, the MC1210 660kg.
The machines spray water up into inverted cups, which the manufacturer says causes impurities to drop out and produces very pure, clear, hard and long lasting ice.
