High performance V-shaped dry cooler

ITALY: Enex Technologies has launched a new Industrial V-shaped dry cooler in capacities from 200kW to 2,500kW.

Equipped with EC fans as standard, the unit is said to rank amongst the most energy efficient dry coolers on the market, thanks to its optimal air flow and a special adiabatic system.

Designed to adapt to diverse installation requirements, the range offers four fan sizes, two tube diameters, and a broad selection of fin materials and surface treatments.

According to Enex, this configuration flexibility allows customers to optimise for footprint, noise level, or performance while ensuring compatibility with aggressive fluids and environments thanks to stainless steel tube options. The structure is also adiabatic ready, with pad systems planned for later in the year.

Built for demanding industrial environments, the new cooler features a FEM-verified structure engineered for durability, enhanced by a floating finned pack that protects tubes during transport and thermal expansion. It has been tested up to 90bar burst pressure.

The V-shaped geometry allows for up to 2.5MW of cooling capacity in just 30m², achieving a 50% capacity increase versus standard V shaped units and 100% versus flat solutions.

Maintenance operations benefit from an optional side door access, and the unit’s optimised structure ensures it fits on a standard low-loader truck.
